基于监测数据的新型抗爬移支座性能研究

摘要 曲线梁桥因其复杂的受力特性,在荷载及施工误差影响下引发爬移趋势,当桥梁支承形式不合理或约束不足时,会产生爬移病害,严重爬移可导致桥梁侧倾倒塌。针对曲线梁桥爬移现象设计了新型抗爬移倾覆专用支座,建立了弯桥支座系统布置方案,同时在案例工程上安装位移传感器进行实时监测,系统研究其使用性能。研究结果表明:新型抗爬移倾覆专用支座具有良好的自复位性能与使用稳定性;横向自复位支座起到抗爬移作用;端部自复位拉压式支座能同时起到抗爬移和抗倾覆作用。研究成果可以为预防曲线梁桥爬移病害提供理论参考与结构性解决方案。 Due to complex load characteristics,curved girder bridges have a tendency to crawl under the influence of load and construction errors,and when the bridge support form is unreasonable or insufficient restraint,crawl damage will occur,and serious crawl can lead to bridge side collapse.In this paper,a new type of anti-crawl bearing is designed for curve girder bridge crawl phenomenon,and the arrangement scheme of curved bridge bearing system is established,while the displacement sensor is installed on the case project for real-time monitoring,and its performance is systematically studied.The results show that the new anti-climbing and overturning special bearing has good self-resetting performance and stability.The transverse self-resetting bearing plays the role of anti-climbing;the end self-resetting tension-compression bearing can play the role of anti-climbing and anti-overturning at the same time.The research content and results of this paper can provide theoretical reference and structural solutions for the prevention of crawl damage of curved girder bridge.
