摘要
目的探讨心理护理在血液净化护理中的应用效果。方法选取医院2021年9月至2022年1月收治的血液净化患者86例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各43例。对照组患者予常规护理,观察组患者予心理护理。结果观察组患者护理后的社会支持评定(SSRS)量表各项评分和总评分、自尊(SES)量表评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),焦虑自评(SAS)量表、抑郁自评(SDS)量表、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)量表评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理满意度为95.35%,显著高于对照组的81.40%(P<0.05)。结论心理护理可改善血液净化患者的负面情绪,提升其综合护理满意度和自信心。
Objective To investigate the application effect of psychological nursing in blood purification nursing.Methods A total of 86 patients with blood purification admitted to the hospital from September 2021 to January 2022 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received psychological nursing.Results The Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS)and Self-Esteem Scale(SES)scores in the observation group after nursing were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS),and Visual Analog Scale(VAS)scores in the observation group after nursing were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the observation group patients was 95.35%,which was significantly higher than 81.40%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing can improve the negative emotions of blood purification patients,enhance their comprehensive nursing satisfaction and self-confidence.
