摘要
目的探讨问题管理模式应用于老年慢病的护理效果。方法选取医院2021年5月至2022年9月收治的老年慢病患者60例,根据实施护理措施的不同分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组沿用院内常规老年慢病管理模式进行护理干预,观察组开展问题管理模式进行护理干预,比较两组的护理管理效果。结果观察组护理质量综合评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组院内不良事件发生1例,明显少于对照组的7例(P<0.05);使用科室患者依从性量表对两组患者的依从性进行评价,结果观察组定时服药、复查、运动、合理饮食、自我病情监测等方面的依从性评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者血压和血糖指标相对平稳,且较对照组更接近正常值(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理满意度评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论老年慢病应用问题管理模式进行护理干预,可有效减少院内不良事件的发生,提高患者的治疗依从性和护理满意度。
Objective To investigate the nursing effect of problem management mode applied in elderly chronic diseases.Methods Sixty elderly patients with chronic diseases admitted to the hospital from May 2021 to September 2022 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group based on the different nursing measures,with 30 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given the routine management mode for nursing intervention,while the patients in the observation group were given the problem management mode for nursing intervention.The effects of nursing management between the two groups were compared.Results The comprehensive score of nursing quality in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was one case of adverse event in the observation group,which was significantly less than seven cases in the control group(P<0.05).The department patient compliance scale was used to evaluate the compliance of patients,and the results showed that the compliance scores of regular medication,follow-up,exercise,reasonable diet and self condition monitoring in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The blood pressure and blood glucose indicators in the observation group were relatively stable and closer to normal levels compared to those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of problem management mode in nursing intervention for elderly chronic diseases can effectively reduce the occurrence of adverse events in hospital,and improve the treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction of patients.
