摘要
新世纪初,美国对华外交从寻求基于相互合作和加强沟通的密切关系转向全面的遏制战略,这一战略转变在多方面与美国的自由国际主义外交相冲突,从而形成对华外交实践的悖论。这一悖论涉及自由国际主义学说的自由市场、安全合作、集体解决问题等诸多目标原则,反映了美国对华外交实践的矛盾性。美国自由国际主义对华外交战略是一个不断调适变化的过程,在不断演变的国际格局中寻求对华外交的最佳方案。美国的外交策略无论如何变化,都是为了维护美国主导的自由主义国际秩序,并保持美国在该秩序中的领导地位。
At the beginning of the new century,the US diplomacy towards China has shifted from seeking a close relationship based on mutual cooperation and enhanced communication to a comprehensive containment strategy,which conflicts with the US liberal internationalism diplomacy in many aspects,thus forming a paradox in its diplomatic practice towards China.This paradox relates to the principles of free market,security cooperation,collective problem solving and other goals of liberal internationalism,which reflects the contradiction in the diplomatic practice of the United States towards China.The American liberal internationalism diplomatic strategy to China is a process of adjusting to the changes constantly,seeking the best diplomatic plan to China in the changing international pattern.Whatever changes in its foreign policy,they are designed to preserve the liberal international order dominated by the United States and to preserve American leadership in that order.
