摘要
造纸废水是一种较难处理的工业废水,成分复杂,可生化性差。本文结合造纸废水处理工程实例,综合考虑污水处理系统的稳定性、成本投入以及运行管理等因素,最终确定物化预处理、生化处理、深度处理和污泥处理相结合的造纸废水处理工艺路线,以期为类似污水处理项目提供参考。经验证,造纸废水处理后,出水指标均可以达到相关标准要求。
Papermaking wastewater is a type of industrial wastewater that is difficult to treat,with complex components and poor biodegradability.Based on an example of papermaking wastewater treatment engineering,this paper comprehensively considers factors such as stability,cost investment,and operational management of the wastewater treatment system,and ultimately determines a papermaking wastewater treatment process route that combines physical and chemical pretreatment,biochemical treatment,advanced treatment,and sludge treatment,in order to provide reference for similar wastewater treatment projects.After verification,when the papermaking wastewater is treated,the effluent indicators can meet the relevant standard requirements.
