摘要
目的:构建急性心力衰竭并发谵妄病人的系统化护理方案,为急性心力衰竭并发谵妄病人的临床护理提供指导。方法:通过文献回顾、半结构化访谈和专家函询形成急性心力衰竭并发谵妄病人的系统化护理方案。结果:2轮专家函询问卷回收率均为100%,专家权威系数分别为0.821和0.880,Kendall's W值分别为0.227和0.270(均P<0.001)。最终形成的急性心力衰竭并发谵妄病人的系统化护理方案包括8个方面、31个条目。结论:形成的急性心力衰竭并发谵妄病人系统化护理方案涵盖内容全面,护理措施具体,有助于为急性心力衰竭并发谵妄病人的临床护理提供全面、系统的护理干预措施。
Objective:To construct the systematic nursing scheme for patients with acute heart failure complicated with delirium,in order to provide guidance for clinical nursing of patients with acute heart failure complicated with delirium.Methods:The systematic nursing scheme for patients with acute heart failure complicated with delirium was finally formed through literature review,semi⁃structured interview and expert correspondence.Results:The recovery rates of the two rounds of correspondence questionnaires were 100%,expert authority coefficients were 0.821 and 0.880,and Kendall's W were 0.227 and 0.270,respectively(all P<0.001).The systematic nursing scheme for patients with acute heart failure complicated with delirium included 8 aspects and 31 items.Conclusion:The systematic nursing scheme for patients with acute heart failure complicated with delirium had comprehensive coverage and specific nursing measures,which help to provide comprehensive and systematic nursing intervention measures for clinical care of patients with acute heart failure complicated with delirium.
