中医药抑制脑出血后铁死亡的研究进展

摘要 脑出血后的神经细胞存在铁死亡现象,铁死亡的发生与细胞内脂质过氧化和铁代谢紊乱有关,而中医药能够通过对抗机体的脂质过氧化损伤、纠正铁代谢紊乱从而抑制细胞铁死亡的发生发展,临床疗效较好。近年来,中医药调控铁死亡相关信号通路的研究取得了一定的进展,但相关研究多局限于动物实验,缺乏大规模、长期随访的临床试验验证,与铁死亡相关的作用机制研究匮乏。今后应进一步梳理、总结脑出血后铁死亡相关信号传导通路,探究脑出血病理过程中与铁死亡相关的信号调节机制,开展与相关基因表达的鉴定,探索中医药抑制铁死亡的机制,挖掘传统中药单体活性成分、复方及针刺、艾灸、推拿等中医适宜技术的关键靶点,为中医药治疗脑出血研究提供新的思路。 After cerebral hemorrhage,there is ferroptosis in nerve cells.The occurrence of ferroptosis is related to intra-cellular lipid peroxidation and iron metabolism disorders.Traditional Chinese medicine can inhibit the occurrence and development of cell ferroptosis by combating lipid peroxidation damage and correcting iron metabolism disorders,with good clinical efficacy.In recent years,research on the regulation of ferroptosis related signaling pathways by traditional Chinese medicine has made certain progress,but related research is mostly limited to animal experiments,lacking large-scale and long-term follow-up clinical trials to verify,and there is a lack of research on the mechanism of action related to ferroptosis.In the future,it is necessary to further sort out and summarize the signal pathways related to ferroptosis after cerebral hemorrhage,conduct identification of related gene expression,explore the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine inhibiting ferroptosis,and explore the key targets of traditional Chinese medicine monomer active ingredients,compound formulas,acupuncture,moxibustion,massage and other suitable technologies,providing new ideas for the research of traditional Chinese medicine treating cerebral hemorrhage.
