摘要
本文主要针对数据中心PUE压降工作进行研究,通过建立一种基于数据驱动理念的PUE因子分析模型,利用动环系统数据准确定位数据中心高能耗设备,针对性地开展压降工作。该模型对于数据中心各设备能耗压降具有较强的针对性,通过细项分析,每个设备、系统能耗可压降的空间均可通过数据呈现。以某水冷数据中心为研究对象,通过该分析模型进行并开展PUE压降工作后,运行PUE由1.729降低至1.408,其中制冷能耗PUE因子占比由0.588降至0.313,电源设备因子由0.057降低至0.034,其它设备能耗由0.084降低至0.061。该分析模型可为数据中心PUE压控工作提供一定的指导作用。
The article mainly focuses on the study of PUE pressure drop in data centers.By establishing a PUE factor analysis model based on data-driven concepts,the dynamic loop system data is used to accurately locate high energy consuming equipment in the data center and carry out targeted pressure drop work.This model has strong specificity for the energy consumption and pressure drop of various equipment in the data center.Through detailed analysis,the space for energy consumption and pressure drop of each equipment and system can be presented through data.Taking a water cooling data center as the research object,the analysis model was used to conduct and carry out PUE pressure drop work.The operating PUE was reduced from 1.729 to 1.408,with the proportion of cooling energy consumption PUE factor decreasing from 0.588 to 0.313,the power equipment factor decreasing from 0.057 to 0.034,and the energy consumption of other equipment decreasing from 0.084 to 0.061.This analysis model can provide certain guidance for the pressure control work of PUE in data centers.
