摘要
上饶某净水厂絮凝效率低,难以有效降低原水浊度,滤池易堵塞,反冲洗周期短,制水成本偏高。针对以上,本次技术改造将微涡流混凝作为技术支撑,水厂两座孔室絮凝池,其中一座应用涡流反应器进行技术改造,改造完成并运行一段时间,经改造后进滤池前水浊度值在2 NTU以下,出厂清水浊度值在0.5 NTU以下;但是未经改造的滤前出水浊度在4 NTU以下,出厂水浊度值在1 NTU以下。水质参数表明,涡流反应器的运用显著提高水厂絮凝成效,为其他有技术升级需求的水厂提供重要的技术指标及推广的依据。
The flocculation of Shan grao waterworks was inefficient and its raw water turbidity could not be reduced effectively caused the filter processing burdening,the water from sedimentation tank was easy to clog the filter,the cycle of backwashing was short,and the running cost was high.Aiming at above situation,the micro-whirling flocculation process was applied as technical support,one of the two hole flocculation tanks was selected to be implemented technical reformation,After a period of operating,the turbidity of water that technical reformation was implemented would inpour into the filter was less than 2 NTU,The turbidity of final effluent water was less than 0.5 NTU,the turbidity of water that technical reformation was not implemented would inpour into the filter was less than 4 NTU,The turbidity of final effluent water was less than 1 NTU.The results showed the efficient flocculation improved obviously as a result of application of micro-whirling flocculation process,that provided important technical parameters and promotion basis for other waterworks that needed for technological upgrades.
