摘要
旨在研究饲粮中添加改性凹土对泌乳前期奶牛产奶性能和血液生化指标的影响。选取24头产奶量和泌乳时间相近的荷斯坦奶牛,随机分为2组。对照组饲喂原奶牛场日粮,试验组每天添加15 g/d改性凹土,改性凹土与少量精料混合后单独投喂,对照组饲喂等量精料。试验预饲期7 d,正试期56 d。试验期间每周测定1次乳成分,试验开始和结束时采血样,用于测定血液生化指标。结果表明:与对照组相比,饲粮添加15 g/d改性凹土后奶牛乳蛋白率显著提高(P<0.05),乳糖率显著降低(P<0.05);与试验前相比,饲粮添加15 g/d改性凹土后奶牛血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力、谷胱甘肽(GSH-PX)活力显著提高(P<0.05),白介素-6(IL-6)、脂多糖(LPS)含量显著降低(P<0.05)。综上,改性凹土可提高泌乳前期奶牛乳蛋白率和机体抗氧化能力,降低机体炎症反应。
This experiment aimed to investigate the effects of supplementing modified attapulgite in the diet on milk production performance and blood parameters in early lactating dairy cows.Twenty-four Holstein cows with similar milk yields and lactation periods were obtained and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was fed with the regular diet from the dairy farm,while the experimental group was fed with the same diet supplemented with 15 g/d of modified attapulgite which was mixed with a small amount of concentrate and fed separately.The formal experiment lasted for 56 days after a 7 day pre-experimental period.Milk samples were collected and their composition was measured once a week during the experimental period,and blood samples were taken at the beginning and end of the experiment to determine blood biochemical indicators.All indexes in the experimental and control groups were tested by t-test.The results showed as follows:Compared with the control group,the supplementation of 15 g/d of modified attapulgite in the diet significantly raised the protein content in the milk(P<0.05) and reduced the lactose content(P<0.05).Compared with that before the experiment,supplementation of 15 g/d of modified attapulgite in the diet significantly enhanced the activities of superoxide dismutase and glutathione antioxidant enzyme in cow serum(P<0.05),and significantly lowered the levels of interleukin-6 and lipopolysaccharide(P<0.05).In summary,supplementation of modified attapulgite increased the milk protein content in early lactation dairy cows,improved the antioxidant capacity of their bodies,and reduced the inflammatory response in them.
