摘要
进入信息时代以后,人们获取信息资源更加便捷、高效,在一定程度上给高校图书馆信息管理带来挑战。从当前来看,迫切需要提升高校图书馆馆员的管理能力,为实现现代化高校图书馆建设、管理提供人才支持。图书馆馆员也要自觉地提升自身的专业素养和技能水平,持续提升专业能力,开展更加人性化、个性化的服务;养成终身学习习惯,改进服务质量水平,营造良好学习氛围。笔者详细探讨了在信息时代背景下,高校图书馆馆员职业素养提升的必要性,分析了当前的职业现状,详细探讨了高校图书馆馆员职业素养提升的三个途径。
Since entering the information age,people's access to information resources has become more convenient and efficient,which to some extent poses challenges to the information management of university libraries.Currently,there is an urgent need to enhance the management abilities of library staff to support the modernization of library construction and management.Librarians should also consciously improve their professional competence and skill levels,provide more personalized and humanized services,develop lifelong learning habits,improve service quality,and create a favorable learning atmosphere.This article discusses in detail the necessity of improving the professional competence of university librarians in the information age,analyzes the current management situation,and discusses three ways for enhancing professional competence.
