摘要
目的分析阴道彩色多普勒超声鉴别诊断子宫内膜癌与子宫内膜息肉的准确性。方法选取80例子宫内膜病变患者,所有患者均实施阴道彩色多普勒超声检查,观察其诊断结果。结果经后期手术病理证实,80例患者中,子宫内膜癌患者20例,子宫内膜息肉患者60例。阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断与手术病理结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与手术病理结果比较,阴道彩色多普勒超声的敏感度、特异度、准确性比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与子宫内膜息肉患者比较,子宫内膜癌患者血管最大血流速度较高,血管阻力指数较低(P<0.05)。结论阴道彩色多普勒超声在子宫内膜癌和子宫内膜息肉鉴别诊断中存在较高的应用价值,有助于提高对这两种疾病早期诊断率和准确性。
Objective To analyze the accuracy of vaginal color doppler ultrasonography in the differential diagnosis of endometrial carcinoma and endometrial polyp.Methods 80 patients with endometrial lesions were selected,all of whom underwent vaginal color doppler ultrasonography to observe the diagnosis results.Results In the 80 patients,20 were endometrial cancer patients and 60 were endometrial polyps patients.There was no significant difference between vaginal color doppler ultrasonography diagnosis and surgical pathology(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of color doppler ultrasound compared with surgical and pathological results(P>0.05).Compared with patients with endometrial polyps,patients with endometrial cancer had higher maximum blood flow velocity and lower vascular resistance index(P<o.05).Conclusion Vaginal color doppler ultrasound has high application value in the differential diagnosis of endometrial cancer and endometrial polyp,which helps to improve the early diagnosis rate and accuracy of these two diseases.
