装配化桩板式路基的设计研究及管桩计算分析

摘要 装配化桩板式路基结构属于框架结构,上部采用预制板梁,下部采用预制管桩,可实现工厂化预制,预制板梁与预制管桩通过套筒式桩板连接构造实现快速连接。该技术相对于传统填土路基,具有刚度大,工后沉降小等特点,代替填土高度5~8 m的路基具有一定经济性,且相对于传统路基取消了放坡宽度,减少了公路占用,缓解了公路建设取土困难等问题。通过对装配化桩板式路基设计方案、方法及管桩计算的研究,为绿色公路、绿色发展提出新的解决方案。 The prefabricated pile-slab subgrade structure is a frame structure system composed of prefabricated plate beams and prefabricated pipe piles in the factory.The prefabricated bridge deck is supported on the top of the pipe piles by special connecting devices.Compared with the traditional fill subgrade,this technology has the characteristics of large rigidity and small settlement after construction.It is economical to replace the subgrade with a filling height of 5 to 8 m.Compared with the traditional subgrade,the grading width is canceled,which solves the problems of difficult land acquisition and large amount of fill.Through the research on the design scheme,method and pipe pile calculation of prefabricated pile-slab subgrade,this paper proposes new solutions for green highway and green development.
