摘要
随着绿色公路理念、生态文明建设已深入人心,以往高速公路设计中不注重生态保护,只为了追求效益最大化的理念已经与当今整个社会的发展理念相悖。通过结合陕西平利至镇坪高速公路在设计中对绿色公路理念的践行,摒弃过去深挖高填、粗犷式的设计,坚持绿色设计、生态选线、节约资源,贯彻全寿命周期理念,推广节能技术应用,促进智慧高速公路建设,为绿色公路理念在陕西省乃至全国高速公路设计中的快速发展积累了实践经验。
With the concept of green highway,the construction of ecological civilization has been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people.In the past,the concept of highway design that did not pay attention to ecological protection and only sought to maximize benefits has been contrary to the development concept of the whole society.By combining the practice of the concept of green highway in the design of Shaanxi Pingli to Zhenping Expressway,abandoning the deep excavation,high filling and rough design in the past,adhering to green design,ecological route selection and resource conservation,implementing the concept of life cycle,promoting the application of energy-saving technology and promoting the construction of smart expressway,this paper has accumulated practical experience for the rapid development of the concept of green highway in Shaanxi Province and even the whole country.
