摘要
高质量的资产管理是应用型高校教学科研水平发展的硬实力需要和整体发展的坚实物质基础。数字化时代催生高校管理模式的数字化变革,应用型高校数字化资产管理模式的构建是时代赋予的新命题。应用型高校数字化资产管理的逻辑构建,应该立足于信息不对称、技术与组织互构和绩效管理的理论基础,从完善顶层设计、升级技术手段和建立监督评价机制的三个维度入手,以解决应用型高校资产管理的现实问题,从而为促进高校教育管理模式数字化变革,提升数字化资产管理水平提供可参考的逻辑框架和措施依据。
An application-oriented university's high quality asset management is the hard power required for the development of its teaching and research levels as well as the material foundation for its overall development.The digital era has fueled the digital transformation of university management mode.It is a new proposition presented by the times to develop a digital asset management model for application-oriented universities.A logical construction of digital asset management should be based upon information asymmetry,the mutual structure of technology and organizations,and performance management in application-oriented universities.In order to solve the practical problems related to asset management in application-oriented universities,three dimensions must be addressed:perfecting top-level design,upgrading technical means,and establishing supervision and evaluation mechanisms,thus providing a logical framework and measure basis for improving the digital management of university education and promoting the digital reform of the university education management mode.
