摘要
目的探讨门冬胰岛素治疗妊娠期糖尿病的临床效果。方法选取58例妊娠期糖尿病患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为两组,各29例。对照组采用生物合成人胰岛素治疗,试验组采用门冬胰岛素治疗,比较两组血糖水平、孕妇不良妊娠结局、围产儿不良结局、胰岛素抵抗相关指标及药物不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,试验组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白均低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组孕妇不良妊娠结局发生率为6.90%,显著低于对照组的24.14%(P<0.05);试验组围产儿不良结局发生率为3.45%,低于对照组的13.79%(P<0.05);治疗后,试验组空腹胰岛素、胰岛素抵抗指数低于对照组,胰岛β细胞功能指数高于对照组(P<0.05);两组药物不良反应率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论门冬胰岛素治疗妊娠期糖尿病,效果显著,能有效控制患者的血糖水平,改善母婴结局。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of insulin aspart in the treatment of gestational diabetes.Methods 58 patients with gestational diabetes were selected as the research object,and were divided into two groups according to the random number table,29 cases in each group.The control group was treated with biosynthetic human insulin,while the experimental group was treated with insulin aspartate.The blood glucose levels,adverse pregnancy outcomes in pregnant women,adverse perinatal outcomes,insulin resistance related indicators,and incidence of adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,and glycated hemoglobin in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes among pregnant women in the experimental group was 6.90%,significantly lower than 24.14%in the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse perinatal outcomes in the experimental group was 3.45%,lower than 13.79%in the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the fasting insulin and insulin resistance index in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the pancreatic isletsβThe cell function index was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups of drugs(P>0.05).Conclusion Insulin aspart is effective in the treatment of gestational diabetes,which can effectively control the blood sugar level of patients and improve the maternal and infant outcomes.
