木结构建筑胶合木楼板耐火性能试验研究

摘要 为研究木结构建筑中正交胶合木(CLT)楼板耐火性能,通过两组四块CLT楼板池火对比试验,探究不同油盘直径池火火源及CLT楼板试件不同截面厚度对CLT楼板耐火性能的影响。结果表明,CLT楼板在池火持续加热燃烧过程中,木材热解产生可燃气体被池火火焰点燃,使试件受火面火焰两次增大并蔓延至构件边缘;随着油盘直径增大,CLT楼板耐火时间明显缩短,耐火性能显著降低;截面厚度为20mm的CLT楼板池火试验过程中均被烧穿,平均炭化速度最高达1.538mm/min。截面厚度为25mm的CLT楼板受火45min时均未烧穿,有效阻挡火焰向背面蔓延。适当增加构件厚度,其构件耐火性能明显提高。 In order to study the fire resistance of cross-laminated timber(CLT)floor in wood structure building,the pool fire source with different oil pan diameter and the influence of different section thickness of CLT floor on the fire resistance of CLT floor were investigated through two sets of four CLT floor fire comparison tests.The results show that when the CLT floor is continuously heated by the pool fire,the combustible gas generated by wood pyrolysis is ignited by the pool fire,and the flame on the fire surface of the specimen increases twice and spreads to the edge of the member.With the increase of the diameter of the oil pan,the fire resistance time of CLT floor is obviously shortened,and the fire resistance of CLT floor decreases significantly.CLT floor slabs with a section thickness of 20mm were burned through during the pool fire test,and the average charring speed was up to 1538mm/min.The CLT floor with a section thickness of 25mm did not burn through after 45min of fire,effectively preventing the flame from spreading to the back.The fire resistance of the component is obviously improved by increasing the thickness of the component appropriately.
