摘要
工程机械用烧结金属轴套,属于关键零部件,产品涉及粉末冶金新材料、液压件、工程机械等产业,有着较高的技术壁垒,工程机械用含油轴套的标准化,对提升国内工程机械行业的技术水平具有积极的意义。但JB/T 13782-2020标准文本中存在着一些问题,有些内容严重影响着标准的使用。本文叙述了JB/T 13782标准文本中在硬度、抗压强度、检验等方面的问题,便于标准的推广应用。
The sintered metal bushing for construction machine is a critical component in the industry.Its production involves the powder metallurgy new materials industry,hydraulic parts industry,and construction machine industry.It has high technological barriers.The standardization of oil bushes for construction machine has a positive impact on improving the technical level of the domestic construction machine industry.However,there are some issues in the text of the JB/T 13782-2020 that seriously affect its usability.This article discusses the problems in terms of hardness,compressive strength,and inspection in the JB/T 13782,which is benefi cial for the promotion and application of the standard.
