摘要
车载接触网运行状态检测装置具有综合检测的特点,采用图像处理、模式识别、红外测温、北斗定位等技术,实现接触网动态见检测功能。通过将3C装置应用到电气化铁路接触网动态检测,可以准确地检测到接触网的运行动态,结合接触网动态几何参数,可以确定接触网运行中是否存在安全隐患。车载接触网运行状态检测装置基于无线通信技术拓展出远程监测及缺陷报警功能,提高缺陷挖掘时效性,为检修工作提供便利,从而保障车辆运行安全。本文通过深入分析电气化铁路接触网常见弓网缺陷,指出电气化铁路接触网弓网检测的可完善之处,再根据实际情况提出3C装置在电气化铁路接触网设备运行中的应用途径,以此保证电气化铁路接触网设备安全平稳地运行。
The vehicle mounted catenary operation status detection device has the characteristics of comprehensive detection,using technologies such as image processing,pattern recognition,infrared temperature measurement,Beidou positioning,etc,to achieve the dynamic detection function of the catenary.By applying 3C device to catenary dynamic detection of Railway electrification,the operation dynamic of catenary can be accurately detected.Combined with catenary dynamic geometric parameters,it can determine whether there is potential safety hazard in catenary operation.The vehicle mounted catenary operation status detection device is based on wireless communication technology to expand remote monitoring and defect alarm functions,improve the timeliness of defect excavation,provide convenience for maintenance work,and ensure the safety of vehicle operation.Through in-depth analysis of the common pantograph and catenary defects of Railway electrification catenary,this paper points out that the pantograph and catenary detection of Railway electrification catenary can be improved,and then proposes the application way of 3C device in the operation of Railway electrification catenary equipment according to the actual situation,so as to ensure the safe and stable operation of Railway electrification catenary equipment.
