摘要
不断巩固拓展脱贫攻坚的成果,推进乡村振兴在滇西北少数民族地区的全面发展,增强脱贫地区和脱贫群众内生发展动力,实现脱贫成果与乡村振兴的有效衔接,少数民族地区是重点也是难点。滇西北少数民族地区是生物资源极为丰富的地区之一,其民族多样性也不遑多让,同时也是经济文化交流的重要通道。因此,要推进滇西北少数民族地区实现脱贫攻坚与乡村振兴有效衔接必须关注和谐民族关系、自然资源禀赋、生态安全保护的重点,汲取发展优势,反思薄弱环节。以推进各民族共同繁荣发展为前置条件,在此基础上统筹滇西北少数民族地区基础设施和公共服务布局,完善医疗、教育设施建设,实现产业布局的多样化发展,扎实推动乡村振兴。
To consolidate and expand the achievements of poverty alleviation,promote the all-round development of rural revitalization in the minority areas of Northwest Yunnan,enhance the endogenous development power of the poverty-stricken areas and people,and realize the effective connection between poverty alleviation achievements and rural revitalization,minority areas are the key and difficult points.The ethnic minority area in northwest Yunnan is one of the areas with abundant biological resources,its ethnic diversity is no less,and it is also an important channel for economic and cultural exchange.Therefore,in order to promote the effective connection between poverty alleviation and rural revitalization in the minority areas of Northwest Yunnan,we must focus on the key points of harmonious ethnic relations,natural resource endowment and ecological security protection,gain development advantages and reflect on weak points.In order to promote the common prosperity and development of all ethnic groups as the prerequisite,we should,on this basis,coordinate the layout of infrastructure and public services in ethnic minority areas in Northwest Yunnan,improve the construction of medical and educational facilities,realize the diversified development of industrial layout,and promote rural revitalization in a down-to-earth manner.
