摘要
剧本杀在进入中国市场后快速增长,市场规模不断增大,剧本杀实体店迅速增长的同时也出现了剧本质量水平参差不齐,服务管理不到位等问题。对剧本杀行业消费者行为进行分析,有助于店铺针对性地提高服务质量,从而促进剧本杀行业健康持续发展。本文通过对广东地区剧本杀消费者进行调查分析,详细了解了剧本杀消费者的基本信息、消费者选择店铺的影响因素、消费者选择剧本的影响因素、消费者体验感受以及消费者满意度情况等。根据调查及分析得出的结论,建议剧本杀店铺设计更易理解,更合理和情感更丰富的剧本,不断提高剧本杀消费者服务质量并高度重视剧本杀客户关系管理。以期发挥剧本杀市场的优势,改进不足,促进剧本杀市场健康、持续发展。
Script-killing has grown rapidly since entering the Chinese market,and its market size continues to increase.However,with the rapid growth of physical script-killing stores,problems such as uneven quality of scripts and inadequate service management have emerged.Analyzing consumer behavior in the script-killing industry helps stores improve service quality and promote healthy and sustainable development of the industry.By conducting a survey and analysis of script-killing consumers in Guangdong Province,we gained a detailed understanding of their basic information,factors influencing store selection,factors influencing script selection,consumer experience,and satisfaction.Based on the conclusions drawn from the survey and analysis,it is recommended that script-killing stores design scripts that are easier to understand,more reasonable,and emotionally richer,continuously improve service quality for script-killing consumers,and pay high attention to customer relationship management.This is expected to leverage the advantages of the script-killing market,address shortcomings,and promote the healthy and sustainable development of the industry.
