间-硝基(三氟甲基)苯连续加氢工艺研究

摘要 通过浸渍法制备出一款高活性3%Pt/C催化剂,以该催化剂及现有间歇方案为基础,对间-硝基(三氟甲基)苯进行连续加氢实验,确定了反应的最优条件:温度100℃,压力1.5 MPa,气体流量100 mL/min,液体流量0.5 mL/min,连续运行22 h,转化率为100%,选择性为88.42%。 A high activity 3%Pt/C catalyst was prepared by dipping method for continuous hydrogenation of m-nitro(trifluoromethyl)-benzene based on the existing batch scheme.The optimal reaction conditions were determined:the temperature was 100℃,the pressure was 1.5 MPa,the gas flow was 100 mL/min,the space velocity was 0.081 min~(-1),the continuous operation was 8 h,the conversion rate was 100%,the selectivity was 97.75%,and the catalyst was not significantly deactivated.
