摘要
[目的]明确西昌市葱蓟马田间种群对新烟碱类药剂的抗药性,为防治葱蓟马药剂的科学运用提供重要依据。[方法]采用叶管药膜法测定了西昌市葱蓟马田间种群对4种新烟碱类杀虫剂的抗性。[结果]供试葱蓟马田间种群对呋虫胺、烯啶虫胺、噻虫嗪和吡虫啉4种新烟碱类杀虫剂均产生了抗药性,抗性倍数为14.78~72.47,处于中等至高等抗性水平;葱蓟马成虫对4种杀虫剂的抗性水平高于葱蓟马的若虫,各药剂2者抗性倍数比均大于2。[结论]在实际生产中,由于4种新烟碱类杀虫剂均产生了较强的抗性且成虫抗性更强,可考虑在若虫期进行施药并使用其他类型的药剂进行替换。
[Aims]Determining the resistance of the field Thrips alliorum(Priesner)populations to neonicotinoid pesticides in Xichang city,and providing an important basis for the scientific application of the insecticides to contro it.[Methods]The resistance of the field populations of T.alliorum in Xichang city to 4 neonicotinoid insecticides was measured by means of leaf tube film method.[Results]The field populations of the tested thrips developed resistance to the 4 neonicotinoids of dinotefuran,nitenpyram,thiamethoxam and imidacloprid,with a resistance factor of 14.78-72.47,which indicated medium to high resistance level.The resistance level of adult thrips to the 4 insecticides was higher than that of nymphs,and their ratio of each insecticide was greater than 2.[Conclusions]In actual production,due to the strong resistance of T.alliorum to the 4 neonicotinoid insecticides and the stronger resistance of adults,applying at the nymph stage and replacing to other types of insecticides could be considered.
