摘要 新工科概念的提出,给公安院校本科人才培养及专业建设带来了新的机遇和挑战,对专业建设提出了“以学生为中心、以结果为导向、交叉融合、持续改进”的新要求。针对目前公安院校交通管理工程专业存在的培养目标定位不明确、课程设置与新兴技术融合程度不高、师资力量不够强、学生工程应用能力、创新能力较弱等问题,提出如下对策。以公安交通需求为导向重新定位人才培养目标,以新技术发展为引领构建多学科交叉融合的课程体系,培养和聘用高素质教师,打造专兼结合的“双师型”教学团队,落实以“学生为中心”理念,促进学生全面发展,以持续发展为目标加强质量保障体系建设,不断推进交通管理工程专业持续发展。 The new engineering concept has brought the new opportunity and challenge to the undergraduate personnel training and professional construction of police colleges,and put forward to new requirements for professional construction,which are“student-centered,result oriented,crossing integrated and continuous improvement”.This paper proposes the countermeasures aiming to the problems in the traffic management engineering including the unclear positioning of training objectives,the lower integration of curriculum design with emerging technologies,the weakness of teaching staff,students’engineering application and innovation abilities.We continuously promote the sustainable professional development of the traffic management engineering as the following:Repositioning personnel training objective by focusing on the needs of public security transportation;Building an crossing integration curriculum system by the development of new technology;Cultivating and employing high-quality teachers,and creating a“two-division teacher team”with combination of full-time and part-time jobs;Implementing the student-centered concept,promoting students’all-round development;Strengthening the quality assurance system construction.
