摘要
目的:分析基于快速康复外科理念的多学科协作围术期护理对前列腺癌根治术患者术后疼痛评分、并发症及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2022年1月至2023年1月福建医科大学附属第一医院泌尿外科收治的采取前列腺癌根治术治疗的患者62例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法划分为对照组(n=31)和观察组(n=31),对照组给予常规围术期护理干预,观察组给予基于FTS理念的多学科协作围术期护理干预,采用疼痛数字评分法(NRS)比较2组患者干预前后的疼痛感受,采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)比较2组患者干预前后睡眠质量的变化,同时比较2组患者干预前后并发症的发生率。结果:护理干预后,观察组NRS评分、PSQI评分显著低于对照组,观察组并发症的发生率显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:前列腺癌根治术中基于FTS理念应用多学科协作围术期护理能够减轻前列腺癌根治术患者的疼痛感受,改善患者的睡眠质量,具有较高借鉴价值。
Objective:To analyze the effects of multidisciplinary collaborative perioperative nursing based on the FTS concept on postoperative pain score,complications and sleep quality of patients undergoing radical prostatic cancer surgery.Methods:A total of 62 patients undergoing radical prostatectomy treated in the Department of Urology,the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group(n=31)and observation group(n=31)according to random number table method.The control group was given routine perioperative nursing intervention,and the observation group was given multidisciplinary collaborative perioperative nursing intervention based on the FTS concept.Pain Numeric Rating Scale(NRS)was used to compare the pain feelings of the two groups before and after the intervention,and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to compare the changes in sleep quality of the two groups before and after the intervention.The incidence of complications before and after intervention was compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing intervention,NRS scores and PSQI scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P s<0.05).Conclusion:The application of multidisciplinary collaborative perioperative nursing based on the FTS concept in radical prostate cancer surgery can alleviate the pain perception of patients undergoing radical prostate cancer surgery and improve the sleep quality of patients,which has high reference value.
