摘要
目的:探析平衡火罐联合五腧穴推拿对痰湿蕴肺证咳嗽患儿证候、炎症指标及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2021年1月至2023年1月广州中医药大学深圳医院儿科收治的痰湿蕴肺证咳嗽患儿100例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(n=50)和对照组(n=50)。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上应用平衡火罐联合五腧穴推拿治疗,持续干预5 d。比较2组中医证候(发热、咳嗽咳痰、鼻塞流涕)积分、血清炎症介质水平、睡眠质量的差异。结果:干预后,观察组中医证候(发热、咳嗽咳痰、鼻塞流涕)积分、血清炎症介质水平、PSQI评分均显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:平衡火罐联合五腧穴推拿可改善痰湿蕴肺证咳嗽患儿发热、咳嗽咳痰、鼻塞流涕症状,减轻炎症反应,提高睡眠质量。
Objective:To explore the effects of balanced cupot combined with five acupoint massage on the syndrome,inflammatory index and sleep quality of cough children with phlegm-dampness-accumulated lung syndrome.Methods:A total of 100 children with cough with phlegm-dampness and pulmonary syndrome admitted to the Department of Pediatrics of Shenzhen Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into observation group(n=50)and control group(n=50)according to random number table method.The control group was given routine treatment,and the observation group was treated with balanced cupping combined with five acupoint massage on the basis of the control group,and continued intervention for 5 days.The scores of TCM syndromes(fever,cough,phlegm,nasal congestion and runny nose),serum inflammatory mediators and sleep quality were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the scores of TCM syndrome(fever,cough,phlegm,nasal congestion and runny nose),serum inflammatory mediator levels and PSQI scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P s<0.05).Conclusion:Balanced cupping combined with five acupoint massage can improve the symptoms of fever,cough and phlegm,nasal congestion and runny nose,reduce inflammation and improve sleep quality.
