摘要
将自动控制技术应用到人工晶体生长中,可有效提高晶体生长的稳定性、一致性和重复性,大幅提高晶体生长的成功率和降低生产成本,同时有效避免了人为主观因素对晶体生长的影响,有利于提高晶体生长质量。开展了自动控径技术生长YAG系列激光晶体的研究,成功生长出高质量YAG系列激光晶体,实现了晶体生长全程自动化控制。本研究结果可广泛应用于不同工艺的晶体生长。
The application of automatic control technology to the growth of intraocular lens can effectively improve the stability,consistency and repeatability of crystal growth,greatly improve the success rate of crystal growth and reduce production costs,and effectively avoid the impact of human subjective factors on crystal growth,which is conducive to improving the quality of crystal growth.This article conducts research on the growth of YAG series laser crystals using automatic diameter control technology,high-quality YAG series laser crystals have been successfully grown,achieving full automatic control of crystal growth.The results of this study can be widely applied to crystal growth in different processes.
