摘要
以联吡啶三唑配体和NiCl_(2)·6H_(2)O为原料通过溶解热结合挥发法合成了一例Ni_(2)超分子(即配合物1),分子式为[Ni_(2)(2,2′-H_(2)dbpt)(H_(2)O)_(8)]Cl_(4)·2H_(2)O(1)。X-射线单晶衍射分析表明配合物1表现为双核超分子结构。通过荧光光谱法研究了配合物1与牛血清白蛋白(BSA)的相互作用。结果表明,不同温度下BSA的荧光强度随着配合物1浓度的增加而降低,发生内源性荧光猝灭,主要表现为静态猝灭。
A Ni_(2) supramolecular(complex 1)formula for[Ni_(2)(2,2′-H_(2)dbpt)(H_(2)O)8]Cl_(4)·2H_(2)O(1)was obtained by solvothermal method combined with volatile method by using bipyridine triazole ligand and NiCl_(2)·6H_(2)O as raw material.X-ray diffraction analysis indicate that complex 1 reveals a dinuclear structure.The interaction between complex 1 and bovine serum albumin(BSA)was studied by fluorescence spectroscopy.The results showed that the fluorescence intensity of BSA decreased with the increase of complex 1 concentration at different temperatures,and endogenous fluorescence quenching occurred,mainly manifested as static quenching.
