摘要
目的:探讨FR-Ⅲ型矫治器用于功能性Ⅲ类错[牙合]畸形矫治的效果及对软硬组织变化的影响。方法:收集我院52例行功能性Ⅲ类错[牙合]畸形矫治的患儿,采集时间为2018年08月-2022年07月,根据随机对照原则将其分为观察组与对照组,每组26例患儿,其中对照组给予传统矫治器矫正,而观察组则采用FR-Ⅲ型矫治器矫正,对两组患者矫治前后软硬组织的变化及临床效果进行对比分析。结果:观察组矫治时间为(8.49±1.35)m,对照组矫治时间为(9.10±1.03)m,观察组略短于对照组,但两组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);矫治前两组SNA、ANB、ANS-Ptm、ANS-Me、U1-NA、FCA、MP-FH、NLA、UL-EP、LL-EP比较无明显差异(P>0.05),矫治后两组各项软硬组织指标均得到一定程度的改善(P<0.05),但矫治后两组相比,观察组SNA、ANB、ANS-Ptm、ANS-Me、L1-NB、NLA、U1-NA、FCA较对照组大(P<0.05),MP-FH、LL-EP较对照组小(P<0.05);但两组并发症发生率相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:FR-Ⅲ型矫治器用于功能性Ⅲ类错[牙合]畸形矫治中可起到良好的矫治效果,不仅能缩短一定的矫治器使用时间,还能针对软硬组织进行修复,达到恢复口腔和正常咬合功能的目的,而且满足患儿家长对患儿面容侧貌美观的需求。
Objective:To investigate the effect of FR-Ⅲappliance in the treatment of functional Class Ⅲ malformations and its influence on the changes of soft and hard tissues.How:A total of 52 children with Class Ⅲ functional malocclusion in our hospital were collected from August 2018 to July 2022.They were divided into observation group and control group according to the principle of randomized control,with 26 children in each group.The control group was corrected by traditional appliance,while the observation group was corrected by FR-Ⅲappliance.The changes of soft and hard tissues and clinical effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:The correction time of the observation group was(8.49±1.35)months,and that of the control group was(9.10±1.03)months.The correction time of the observation group was slightly shorter than that of the control group,but there was no statistical significance between the two groups(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in SNA,ANB,ANS-Ptm,ANS-Me,U1-NA,FCA,MP-FH,NLA,UL-EP,LL-EP between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,all the soft and hard tissue indexes of the two groups were improved to a certain extent(P<0.05).The SNA,ANB,ANS-Ptm,ANS-Me,L1-NB,NLA,U1-NA and FCA of observation group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05),while the MP-FH and LL-EP of observation group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:FR-Ⅲ appliance can play a good role in the treatment of functional Class Ⅲ malformations,which can not only shorten the use time of the appliance,but also repair the soft and hard tissues,achieve the purpose of restoring the oral and normal occlusal function,and meet the needs of parents for beautiful facial appearance of the children.
