摘要 针对基础设施项目建设过程中存在的质量检查难追溯、安全管理不到位、进度管控难度大、施工现场不可视、数据报表不直观等建筑业瓶颈问题,结合UE5强大的物理引擎及高度逼真的实时渲染和交互功能,以数字孪生技术为指导,设计并开发基于UE与数字孪生的智慧建造管控平台,并在北京城市副中心站综合交通枢纽工程中验证了应用实效。实践表明,该平台能够发挥智能化技术的应用优势,构建建设工程项目全生命周期全链路管理数字空间,在提升可视效果、保证工程质量、减少安全事故、降低建设成本、减少资源损耗、提升建设效率、提高建筑品质等方面发挥重要作用,对推动建筑行业从信息化、数字化走向智能化,促进行业创新和技术进步具有重要意义。 For addressing the bottlenecks during the construction process of infrastructure projects in the construction industry,including difficulty in the traceability of quality inspection,inadequate safety management,difficult progress control,invisible construction sites,and non intuitive data reports.Combining UE5's powerful physics engine and highly realistic real-time rendering and interaction functions,guided by digital twin technology,this paper designs and develops a intelligent construction control platform based on UE and digital twins and the application effect is verified in the comprehensive transportation hub project of Beijing Sub-Center railway station.Practice has shown that this platform can exert the application advantages of intelligent technology,building a digital space for full lifecycle and full link management of construction projects,and plays an important role in improving visual effects,ensuring engineering quality,reducing safety accidents,reducing construction costs,reducing resource loss,improving construction efficiency,and improving building quality,the platform is of great significance for promoting the construction industry from informatization and digitization to intelligence,and promoting industry innovation and technological progress.
