摘要
随着人民生活水平不断提高,牛肉消费量呈增长趋势,肉牛产业发展前景广阔。本文基于横州市肉牛产业发展现状,分析横州市肉牛产业发展优势,从养殖品种、养殖模式、技术水平、经营方式、疫病防控等方面分析产业发展中存在的问题,在此基础上提出推进良种繁育体系建设、扩繁增量基础母牛、创新养殖模式、培植饲草料加工业、提高技术水平等推进横州市肉牛产业高质量发展对策措施。
With the continuous improvement of people's living standards,beef consumption is on the rise,and the beef cattle industry has broad prospects for development.Based on the development status of beef cattle industry in Hengzhou City,this paper analyzes the development advantages of beef cattle industry in Hengzhou City.We analyze the problems existing in industrial development from the aspects of breeding species,breeding mode,technical level,operation mode,and disease prevention and control.On this basis,we put forward countermeasures to promote the high-quality development of beef cattle industry in Hengzhou City,such as promoting the construction of improved breeding system,multiplying and increasing basic cows,innovating breeding models,cultivating forage processing industry,and improving the technical level.
