摘要
为了对比两种中草药组方八味散和十味散作为饲料添加剂在蛋鸡生产性能和排污减量方面的效果,随机选择同一批次5月龄左右的蛋鸡360只并分组,每组120只,试验一组和试验二组分别按照千分之五的比例添加八味散和十味散,对照组无添加。试验39 d,期间每天统计每组鸡的产蛋量、破蛋数和死淘数量,随机一天采集粪便,测定粪便中蛋白质含量。结果显示:相比对照组,试验一组产蛋率高1.76%,破蛋比例低33.94%,死淘率低49.85%,粪便蛋白质含量低14.29%;试验二组产蛋率高2.02%,破蛋比例低47.71%,死淘率低75.08%,粪便蛋白质含量低26.23%,综合比较生产性能和粪便蛋白质含量两个因素,十味散组方饲喂效果较好,是一种相对理想的添加剂。
This study aims to compare the effects of two Chinese herbal medicines,Bawei SAN and Shiwei SAN,as feed additives on the production performance and pollution reduction of laying hens.We randomly selected 360 laying hens from the same batch about 5 months old and divided them into groups,120 in each group.Bawei SAN and Shiwei SAN were added to test group 1 and test group 2 respectively at a ratio of 5/1000.There was no addition in the control group.The test period was 39 days.During this period,the egg production,the number of broken eggs and the number of dead eggs of each group were counted every day,and the feces were collected on a random day to determine the protein content in the feces.The results showed that compared with the control group,the egg production rate of the test group was 1.76%higher,the broken egg rate was 33.94%lower,the dead scouring rate was 49.85%lower,and the fecal protein content was 14.29%lower;The egg ratio was 47.71%lower,the dead scouring rate was 75.08%lower,and the fecal protein content was 26.23%lower.Comprehensively comparing the two factors of production performance and fecal protein content,the feeding effect of Shiwei SAN formula is better,which is a relatively ideal additive.
