摘要
目的 观察中药联合针刺治疗慢性中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变的临床效果。方法 选择2021年1—12月就诊于福州东南眼科医院(金山新院)的慢性中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变患者52例,根据随机数表法分为参照组(n=26)和中医组(n=26)。参照组予以常规药物治疗,中医组予以中药辨证内服联合针刺治疗。观察两组治疗1、2个月后最佳矫正视力、黄斑区视网膜厚度,记录数据,参照疗效判断标准,进行统计学分析。结果 中医组总有效率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗1、2个月后中医组最佳矫正视力高于参照组,黄斑区视网膜厚度低于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 慢性中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变常规疗法效果欠佳,其发生发展与患者体质差异化关系明显,而中药联合针刺治疗能有效减轻黄斑脱离高度,恢复患者视力,并能改善患者全身状况,在临床上值得借鉴。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture on chronic central serous chorioretinopathy.Methods A total of 52 patients with chronic central serous chorioretinopathy admitted to South East Eye(Jinshan New Hospital)from January 2021 to December 2021 were collected and divided into the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)group(n=26)and the reference group(n=26)by random number table method.The TCM group was treated with oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine according to syndrome differentiation combined with acupuncture treatment,while the reference group was treated with routine drugs.The best corrected visual acuity and macular retinal thickness of the two groups after one month and two months of treatment were observed,and the data were recorded and statistically analyzed with reference to the criteria of curative effect.Results The total effective rate of TCM group was higher than that of reference group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The best corrected visual acuity in the TCM group was higher than that in the reference group after one month and two months of treatment,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The macular retinal thickness in the TCM group was lower than that in the reference group after one month and two months of treatment,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Conventional therapy for chronic central serous chorioretinopathy has poor effect,and its occurrence and development are obviously related to the physical difference of patients.Traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture can effectively reduce the height of macular detachment,restore the vision of patients,and improve the general condition of patients.Therefore,it can be used for reference in clinic.
