基于区域选择的立体仓库货位调度算法研究

摘要 立体化仓库货位调度研究对提高自动化立体仓库动态工况下的出入库操作十分重要,也是解决自动化立体仓库普遍存在的执行效率低下、智能化不足问题的关键环节。在分析堆垛机双程指令下复合作业的出入库最优货位分布特点基础上,给出了平行四边形最优入库货位候选区域定理及证明,为批量调度任务的入库货位选择提供最佳候选区域。建立以完成批量任务时间最短为目标的货位调度模型,并在该定理基础上开发获得模型解的启发式算法。实验结果表明,本文方法可以获得多种调度选择方案,能有效提升堆垛机的运行效率。 The research on the scheduling of cargo position in cubic warehouses is very important to improve the access operations under dynamic working conditions in automated cubic warehouses.It is also a solution to the inefficiency of execution and insufficient intelligence that are prevalent in automated stereo warehouses.In this paper,on the basis of analyzing the characteristics of the optimal inbound and outbound cargo position distribution of the composite operation under the dual-range command of the stacker crane,the parallelogram optimal inbound cargo position candidate area theorem and proof are given.It provides the best candidate area for inbound bay selection for batch scheduling tasks.A cargo scheduling model with the goal of completing the batch task in the shortest time is developed,and a heuristic algorithm for obtaining the model solution is developed based on this theorem.And it develops heuristic algorithms for obtaining model solutions based on this theorem.The experimental results show that the method in this paper can obtain a variety of scheduling options,which can effectively improve the operation efficiency of the stacker.
