摘要
君子文化内涵丰富、影响深远,是中华优秀传统文化的重要部分和精神内核,在育人目标、理念和方法等方面与现代职业教育高度契合,蕴含重要的时代价值。高职院校以培育具有“怀匠志、明匠德、成匠艺、守匠心”等现代君子人格的大国工匠,作为君子文化传承和创新的重要路径,对弘扬和发展优秀传统文化、落实立德树人根本任务、发挥高校文化育人优势有着重要意义。应坚持以马克思主义为指导,以学生为中心、以创造性转化和创新性发展为方针,建设君子文化传播阵地、传承基地和创新高地,提升认同感,增强体验感,创造新鲜感,加强君子文化研究、学习、教学、实践和宣传,打造品牌特色活动,发挥辐射效应,形成良好风尚。
Junzi culture has rich connotations and far-reaching influence,which is an important part and spiritual core of the excellent traditional Chinese culture,is highly compatible with modern vocational education in terms of education goals,ideas and methods,and contains important value of the times.Cultivating great national craftsmen with modern Junzi personalities,such as the craftsman's ambition,the craftsman's virtue,the craftsman's art,the craftsman's heart and so on,as an important path for the inheritance and innovation of Junzi culture,is of great significance for the promotion and development of the excellent traditional culture,the implementation of the fundamental task of cultivating morality and education of the people and the advantages of the college cultural education.It should adhere to the guidance of Marxism,student-centered and the policy of creative transformation and innovative development,build the dissemination positions,inheritance bases and innovation heights of Junzi culture,improve the sense of identity,enhance the sense of experience,create a sense of freshness,strengthen the research,learning,teaching,practice and publicity of Junzi culture,create brand characteristics of the activities,play a radiation effect,and set a good trend.
