摘要
根据马克思的劳动思想,劳动不仅有物质、经济等功利主义价值,还具有创造人、成就人的本体价值,人们理应在劳动中感到幸福,确立劳动幸福价值观。为实现从劳动功利主义价值观到劳动幸福价值观的转变,要高度重视家庭在劳动教育中的联结作用,在劳动和人性、劳动和一切生活用品、劳动和自食其力之间建立联结;同时应充分发挥学校在劳动教育中的主导作用,引导学生认识到劳动是幸福的唯一源泉,自觉参与劳动,感受劳动所带来的愉悦和幸福,树立劳动幸福价值观。
According to Marx's labor ideology,labor is not only utilitarian in terms of material and economic values,but also has the intrinsic value of creating and achieving people.People should feel happy in labor and establish the value of labor happiness.To realize the transformation from the value of labor utilitarianism to the value of labor happiness,we should attach great importance to the connecting role of the family in labor education,and establish the link between labor and human nature,labor and all daily necessities,labor and self-sufficiency.At the same time,schools should fully play their leading role in labor education,guide students to recognize that labor is the only source of happiness,freely and consciously participate in labor,feel the joy and happiness brought by labor,and establish the value of labor happiness.
