摘要
本文利用铁皮石斛多糖作为还原剂和稳定剂,与硝酸银溶液反应,通过生物还原法制备了纳米银溶胶,进一步真空干燥得到了铁皮石斛多糖-纳米银复合粒子(DOP-AgNPs)。采用紫外-可见分光光谱仪、X射线衍射、扫描电镜、透射电镜和Zeta粒径分析仪、红外光谱等对所制备的样品进行了质量表征,并做了抗氧化活性测试。结果表明:DOP-AgNPs在420 nm处有最大吸收峰,扫描电镜(SEM)图像显示,合成的DOP-AgNPs为球状,平均尺寸为60 nm。经抗氧化活性测试,DOP-AgNPs对DPPH自由基清除率达到81.5%。
The polysaccharide of Dendrobium officinale was used as a reducing agent and a stabilizer in the reaction with silver nitrate solution.Nano silver solution was prepared by biological reduction method.Further vacuum drying was performed to obtain polysaccharide of Dendrobium officinale and nano silver composite particles(DOPAgNPs).The samples were characterized by ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy,X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy,transmission electron microscopy,Zeta particle size analyzer and infrared spectroscopy;the antioxidant activity of DOP-AgNPs was also tested.The results showed that DOP-AgNPs had a maximum absorption peak at 420 nm.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM)results showed that the synthesized DOP-AgNPs were spherical with an average size of 60 nm.The antioxidant activity of DOP-AgNPs showed that the scavenging rate of DPPH free radical reached to 81.5%.
