摘要
标准化是推动企业提高科学管理水平,提升信誉、效益和综合竞争力的有力措施。榆林市拥有丰富的食用农产品资源和种类繁多的特色食品,标准化在榆林特色食品加工产业发展中的应用意义重大。本文旨在通过分析榆林市特色食品加工产业发展现状、问题和机遇,提出以标准化推动食品加工产业发展的系统性措施。
Standardization is a powerful measure to promote the level of scientific management and enhance the credibility,benefit and comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises.Yulin city is rich in edible agricultural products and has a wide variety of specialty foods.The application of standardization in the development of the specialty food processing industry in Yulin is of great significance.The aim of this paper is to analyze the current situation,problems and opportunities of the specialty food processing industry in Yulin,and to propose systemic measures to promote the development of the food processing industry through standardization.
