深基坑拆换撑施工方案优化及施工技术研究

摘要 为提高集中供冷站深基坑拆换撑安全性及施工进度,该文对深基坑拆换撑方案优化设计,同时研究静力切割技术在混凝土支撑拆除中的应用效果。结合现场实际对静力绳锯拆除技术、施工流程、拆换撑顺序及基坑监测进行探讨。优化后拆换撑方案经济合理,静力绳锯拆除过程安全环保,施工进度快,为同类型深基坑的拆换撑设计和施工管理提供一定参考价值。 In order to improve the safety and construction progress of removal and replacement of deep foundation pit in central cooling station,this paper optimizes the design of the scheme of removal and replacement of deep foundation pit.At the same time,the application effect of static cutting technology in the removal of concrete support is studied.Combined with the field practice,the removal technology of static rope saw,construction process,sequence of removal and replacement of brace and monitoring of foundation pit are discussed.Through optimization,the scheme of removal and replacement of brace is economical and reasonable,the removal process of static rope saw is safe and environmentally friendly,and the construction progress is fast,which provides a certain reference value for the design and construction management of the same type of deep foundation pit.
