摘要
伴随着社会经济水平的不断提高,我国农村土地资源利用与管理过程中出现了明显的问题,需要进一步强化利用与管理的效率和质量。基于此,研究加强农村土地资源利用与管理的策略,结合发展现状和存在的问题,分别从完善法律制度、做好科学规划、强化土地整治、优化流转市场、创新生产观念、治理污染问题以及坚持农民主体等措施,提高农村土地资源的总体利用效率和管理效果,为推进乡村建设提供参考。
With the continuous improvement of socio-economic level,there have been obvious problems in the utilization and management of rural land resources in China,and it is necessary to further strengthen the efficiency and quality of utilization and management.Based on this,research is conducted on strategies to strengthen the utilization and management of rural land resources,taking into account the current development situation and existing problems.Measures such as improving legal systems,conducting scientific planning,strengthening land remediation,optimizing transfer markets,innovating production concepts,addressing pollution issues,and adhering to agricultural democracy are taken to improve the overall utilization efficiency and management effectiveness of rural land resources,providing reference for promoting rural construction.
