摘要
随着房建市场招投标制度的不断完善,对投标文件的要求也日益提高,技术标体现着施工企业的技术实力,对项目的竞标成败具有重要的意义。基于投标技术标编制的重要性,梳理了技术标编制程序、格式要求等,同时结合合肥地区投标要求,对施组编制要点、技术标亮点提升、项目经理答辩等方面进行了论述。
With the continuous improvement of the bidding system in the housing construction market,the requirements for bidding documents are also increasing.The technical bid reflects the technical strength of the construction enterprise and is of great significance to the success or failure of the project bidding.Based on the importance of bidding technical bid preparation,sorted out the technical bid preparation procedures,format requirements,etc.At the same time,combined with the bidding requirements of Hefei area,it discussed the main points of the construction group,the improvement of technical bid highlights,and the project manager's defense.
