非标层铝模底部填补升降技术研究

摘要 随着社会和经济的快速发展,高层建筑已逐步成为城市的主流建筑。在建筑施工过程中,常遇到结构相同、层高不同的楼层,而铝模支撑体系仅适用于相同层高的标准层,传统木模施工其工期较长,如何在较短的时间内,将同一套铝模支撑体系应用于不同层高的楼层结构施工,则成为施工企业面临的实际问题。本研究以安庆市某住宅项目为例,就不同层高的楼层结构采用铝模施工的技术要点进行探讨,提出一种铝模底部填补升降装置的设计,着重从铝模底部通过填补升降装置施工技术进行论述。经实践证明,该技术应用效果良好,其具有一定的推广价值。 With the rapid development of society and economy,high-rise buildings have gradually become the mainstream buildings in cities.In the process of building construction,we often encounter the same structure,different floors,and the aluminum mold support system is only suitable for the same level of the standard layer,the traditional wood mold construction period is longer,how to apply the same set of aluminum mold support system to the construction of different layers of floor structure in a short time,has become a practical problem faced by construction enterprises.Taking a residential project in Anqing city as an example,this study discusses the technical points of aluminum mold construction for different storey structures,and puts forward a design of aluminum mold bottom filling lifting device,focusing on the construction technology of aluminum mold bottom filling lifting device.It has been proved by practice.The application effect of this technology is good,and it has certain popularization value.
