摘要
谐波减速器是一种具有复杂结构和高性能的精密传动装置,应用领域较广。然而,由于其特殊的结构和工作原理,谐波减速器仍存在可靠性问题,如寿命短、波发生器易损等。针对谐波减速器的可靠性进行评估研究,通过对谐波减速器的结构和工作原理进行分析,确定其易损件及故障模式,采用可靠性分析方法,建立谐波减速器的可靠性模型,并对其模型进行分析,确保谐波减速器可靠性,为谐波减速器设计和研究提供理论支撑。
Harmonic reducer is a precision transmission device with complex structure and high performance,applied in multiple fields.However,due to its unique structure and working principle,harmonic reducers still have reliability issues,such as short lifespan and vulnerable wave generators.This article evaluates and studies the reliability of harmonic reducers:by analyzing the structure and working principle of harmonic reducers,identify their vulnerable parts and fault modes,use reliability analysis methods to establish a reliability model of harmonic reducers,and analyze the model to determine the reliability of harmonic reducers,providing theoretical support for the design and research of harmonic reducers.
