摘要
目的分析肺康复锻炼在小儿支气管哮喘护理中的临床效果。方法选取广西钦州市妇幼保健院2021年1月-2022年12月期间收治的200例小儿支气管哮喘患儿作为观察对象,随机分为对照组(常规护理)和观察组(常规护理+肺康复锻炼),每组各100例,比较应用效果。结果观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)、呼气流量峰值(PEF)水平均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组哮喘生活质量问卷(AQLQ)各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组哮喘控制问卷(r-ACQ)各维度评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组哮喘急性发作次数、再住院次数少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论与健康宣教等常规护理方法相比,增加肺康复锻炼可促进小儿支气管哮喘患者肺功能恢复,改善肺功能各项指标,提高哮喘控制情况,减少发作频率及住院次数,提高患儿生活质量,并取得较为满意的护理评价,可推广应用。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of lung rehabilitation exercise in the care of pediatric bronchial asthma.Method 200 pediatric bronchial asthma patients in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as observation subjects and randomly divided into a control group(routine nursing)and an observation group(routine nursing+lung rehabilitation exercise),with 100 cases each.The application effects were compared.Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the levels of forced expiratory volume(FEV1),forced Vital capacity(FVC)and Peak expiratory flow(PEF)in the first second of the observation group were all Higher than the control group(P<0.05);the observation group had higher scores on the Asthma Quality of Life Questionnaire(AQLQ)in all dimensions compared to the control group(P<0.05);the asthma control questionnaire(r-ACQ)scores in all dimensions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the number of acute asthma attacks and readmission in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with routine nursing methods such as health education,increasing lung rehabilitation exercise can promote the recovery of lung function in children with bronchial asthma,improve various lung function indicators,improve asthma control,reduce attack frequency and hospitalization times,improve the quality of life of children,and achieve satisfactory nursing evaluations,which can be promoted.
