投资企业“投建营一体化”战略转型路径研究——以高速公路投资企业J集团为例

摘要 随着投资市场的整体环境变化,传统的投资思维模式已不再适应企业高质量发展需要,投资企业需通过转变思维模式,进行转型发展。文章首先以J集团为例,分析了该集团以“投建营一体化”高速公路产业集团为目标的战略转型背景。其次,文章运用SWOT和KSF分析法对J集团目前面临的外部机遇挑战和内部优势劣势进行战略分析,归纳了J集团以“投建营一体化”高速公路产业集团为目标的战略转型路径:一是科学分析形势和把握关键成功因素,明确转型目标;二是全周期介入高速公路运营业务,梳理业务边界;三是打造“投建营一体化”管理体系,强化管理重点;四是推进“投建营一体化”专业化发展,降本增效培育竞争优势;五是完善配套机制,强化组织保障。此外,文章还系统梳理了J集团“投建营一体化”高速公路产业集团为目标的战略转型启示:一是要做好“投”的文章,构建创新一体化的投的思维转型;二是要做好“建”的文章,构建“四位一体”的全链路循环管理路径;三是要做好“营”的文章,构建运营全路域价值提升管控体系;四是要做好“赢”的文章,增强由资产运营向资本运作的价值创效能力。 With the change of the overall environment of the investment market,the traditional thinking mode of investment is no longer suitable for the High-quality development of enterprises,and investment enterprises need to transform to further develop by changing the thinking mode.Taking investment enterprises group J as an example,this paper analyzes the background of strategic transformation aiming at“integrative development in investment,construction and operation”.Secondly,the paper uses SWOT and KSF analysis frames to make a strategic analysis of the external opportunities and challenges and internal strengths and weaknesses for Group J,then summarizes the strategic transformation path of Group J aiming at“integrative development in investment,construction and operation”for expressway industry group:First,scientifically analyze the situation and grasp the key factors to clarify the transformation objectives;Second,make the full-cycle intervention of expressway operational business,and sort out business boundaries;The third is to build the“integrative development in invest-ment,construction and operation”management system and strengthen the management emphasis;Fourth,promote the professional development of“integrative development in investment,construction and operation”,reduce costs and increase efficiency to cultivate competitive advantages;Fifth,improve supporting mechanisms and strengthen organizational support.In addition,the paper also systematically sorts out the strategic transformation enlightenment of strategic transformation aiming at“integrative development in investment,construction and operation”.Firstly,make full use of the investment and build innovative integration of investment thinking trans-formation.Secondly,do a good job of construction and operation,and build“four-sphere”circular management path and a management-control system of the whole road scene.At the same time,it is very important to elevate the ability of value creation from capital operation to capital operati
