摘要 随着食品安全问题的频繁发生,我国不断强化对于食品安全的监控。乳制品是居民饮食中最常见的食品之一,严格控制其生产加工品质,有利于乳制品安全系数的提高,从而更好地保证消费者的生命健康和安全。在乳制品生产过程中,质量控制是确保产品安全和质量的关键步骤。合理的生产工艺、包装和储存条件控制,以及员工的质量意识都对乳制品的质量有重要影响。本文将探讨乳制品生产过程中的质量控制策略和措施,旨在促进乳制品行业的健康发展和提高消费者对乳制品的信任度。 With the frequent occurrence of food safety problems,China continues to strengthen the monitoring of food safety.Dairy products are one of the most common food in the diet of residents.Strict control of their production and processing quality is conducive to the improvement of the safety factor of dairy products,so as to better ensure the life,health and safety of the masses.In the dairy production process,quality control is a key step to ensure product safety and quality.Reasonable production process,packaging and storage control,as well as the quality awareness of the staff all have an important impact on the quality of dairy products.This paper will explore quality control strategies and measures in the dairy production process,aiming to promote the healthy development of the dairy industry and increase consumer trust in dairy products.
