摘要
绿色低碳的生产方式和生活方式事关生态文明建设的成败,党的二十大提出“推动形成绿色低碳的生产方式和生活方式”。围绕如何认知和构建绿色低碳的生产方式和生活方式问题,提出了绿色低碳的生产方式和生活方式的认知体系,以问题为导向,立足能源、经济、社会分别提出了能源电力促进终端绿色用能的典型场景和典型模式、基于产业链绿色成本传导分摊的绿色成本疏导机制、基于马斯洛需求层次模型的绿色行为培养机制,全面支撑绿色低碳的生产方式和生活方式的形成。
The green and low-carbon production mode and life style have significant impacts on the ecological civilization construction,and the 21st CPC National Congress proposed to"promote the formation of green and low-carbon production mode and life style".Firstly,focusing on how to recognize and build green and low-carbon production mode and life style,this paper proposes a cognitive system of green and low-carbon modes of production and life.Secondly,from the perspective of energy,economy and society,this paper also puts forward the typical scenarios and typical modes for energy and electric power to promote terminal green energy use,the green cost sharing mechanism based on the green cost transmission and allocation in the industrial chain,and the green behavior cultivation mechanism based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs model,respectively,which can comprehensively support the construction of green and low-carbon production mode and life style.
