黄河流域绿色技术创新时空演化分解分析——来自绿色专利数据的证据

Analysis on Temporal and Spatial Evolution of Green Technology Innovation in the Yellow River Basin:Evidence from Green Patent Data

摘要 基于2009—2019年黄河流域绿色专利申请量数据,运用LMDI与M-R模型从时间与空间两方面分析经济增长、产业结构、能源结构、碳强度、研发反应、研发效率对黄河流域绿色技术创新的影响.研究结果显示:从时间分布影响因素分解结果看,在以2009年为基期,截至2019年的累积贡献中,经济增长、能源结构、研发反应对绿色专利技术创新具有正向作用,产业结构、碳强度以及研发效率对绿色专利技术创新具有负向作用;从空间分布影响因素分解结果看,黄河流域各省(区)在各分解因素下贡献率存在较大不平衡,绿色专利技术创新的总效应呈现出空间多极分化的态势.因此,黄河流域各省(区)应加快发展战略性新兴产业,培育新的经济增长点,发展节能降耗型替代产业,出台低碳减排政策,构建绿色技术创新体系,走低碳化绿色高质量发展之路. Based on the data of green patent applications in the Yellow River Basin from 2009 to 2019,LMDI and M-R models are used to analyze the impact of six factors including economic growth,industrial structure,energy structure,carbon intensity,R&D response and R&D efficiency on green technology innovation in the Yellow River Basin from two aspects of time and space.The results show that from the decomposition results of influencing factors of time distribution,in cumulative contributions up to 2019 with 2009 as the base period,economic growth,energy structure and R&D response have a positive effect on green patent technology innovation,while industrial structure,carbon intensity and R&D efficiency have a negative effect on green patent technology innovation.From the decomposition results of influencing factors of spatial distribution,there is a large imbalance in the contribution rate of different provinces(regions)in the Yellow River Basin under each decomposition factor,and the total effect of green patent technology innovation shows a trend of spatial multipolar differentiation.Therefore,the provinces(regions)in the Yellow River Basin should accelerate the development of strategic emerging industries,cultivate new economic growth points,develop energy-saving and consumption-reducing alternative industries,introduce low-carbon emission reduction policies,build a green technology innovation system,and take the road of lowcarbon,green and high-quality development.
