摘要
电动机功率利用率是评价机械采油系统经济运行水平的一项重要技术指标。相关规范中要求使用电动机输入功率计算电动机功率利用率,但未明确潜油电泵地面至井下动力电缆部分消耗功率的处理方法,电缆消耗功率的影响导致潜油电泵电动机功率利用率计算结果的偏差较大,经常出现潜油电泵电动机功率利用率不合理偏高现象,影响了电动机功率利用率的评价结果。在实际检测过程中,通过核实潜油电泵井的电缆长度及电阻值实现对电消耗功率的测算,得到电动机的实际输入功率,使潜油电泵电动机功率利用率的评价更加准确、规范。针对电动机功率利用率偏低的潜油电泵井,根据电动机实际能耗指标,采取相应技改措施,使其达到节能、经济运行。
The motor power utilization is an important technical index to evaluate the economic operation level of mechanical oil recovery system.The relevant specifications is required the use of motor input power to calculate the motor power utilization rate,but it is not clear how to deal with the power consumption of the power cable from ground to underground of submersible electric pump.The influence of cable power consumption leads to a large deviation in the calculation results of the motor power utilization rate of submersible electric pump.What's more,the phenomenon of unreasonable high power utilization rate of submersible electric pump often occurs,which affects the evaluation result of motor power utilization rate.In the actual detection process,the consumption power of cable is calculated by verifying the cable length and resistance value of submersible electric pump well,and the actual input power of the motor is obtained,so that the evaluation of the power utilization rate of submersible electric pump is more accurate and standardized.According to the actual energy consumption index of the motor,corresponding technical improvement measures are taken for the submersible electric pump well with low motor power utilization rate,which reaches energy conservation and economical operation.
