摘要
既有建筑更新中能源优化是一项复杂的系统工程,多维度能源策略的协同应用与建成后监测评价是确保实现节能减排目标的有效方法。深入分析了德国维斯玛市某阳光幼儿园的低造价更新建设案例,在全面保留既有建筑主体前提下,采取了调整建筑的体形系数、构建中央气候缓冲区、增强外围护界面热物理性能、完善设备设施等多种能源措施,并在建成后长时间监测评价能效结果,实现了建筑能耗和二氧化碳排放均降低1/3以上的预设目标。
Energy optimization in existing building renewal is a complex systems engineering project.The synergistic application of multi-dimensional energy strategies and post-construction monitoring and evaluation are effective methods to ensure energy conservation and emission reduction goals.This study comprehensively analyzes the low-cost renewal construction project of a Kindergarten in Wismar Germany as a case study.Under the premise of fully retaining the original building structure,multiple energy measures including adjusting the form factor,constructing a central climate buffer zone,enhancing the thermal performance of the building envelope,and adding equipment facilities were implemented synergistically.Through long-term post-construction monitoring and evaluation,the preset goals of reducing building energy consumption and carbon dioxide emissions by over one-third have been achieved.
